How to start a return: Email support@tavyrex.com with your order number. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Returns accepted within 90 days of delivery
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless item arrived damaged
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

International returns: We accept returns from all countries. Original shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.

Damaged items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll ship a replacement free of charge.
